In a large bowl, mix 4oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup hot sauce until smooth
Mix in chicken and Monterey Jack cheese
Unroll cans of crescant rolls, separating the dough into triangles. On a large cookie sheet or parchment paper, arrange the triangles into a ring. The dough should overlap, leaving a roughly 5" hole in the center
Sprinkle half the mozzarella cheese on the dough closest to the ring
Spoon all the chicken/cheese mixture on top of the shredded mozzarella. Top with remaining mozzarella
Fold the tips of the dough triangles over the chicken and cheese, tucking under the bottom layer of dough. It's fine if some of the filling is sticking out.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
While ring is baking, prepare separate dipping sauce by combining remaining 2oz of cream cheese and 2 tbsp of hot sauce until smooth
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into slices. Enjoy!
