Cheesy Potato Casserole

Hash brown and shredded cheese casserole.

Ingredients
20oz package frozen, shredded hash browns (thawed)
10.75oz can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Milwaukee iron
Directions
Saute the onion in oil or butter until slightly softened, about 5 minutes
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients and onion in a large bowl, and mix well to combine
Season to taste. The original recipe for this has zero seasoning in it. Don't do that, Karen.
Pour mixture into a 2 quart glass baking dish
Bake for 60 minutess, or until bubbling and tender.
