"Cheesy" Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower (about 5 to 6 heaping cups)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1.5 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Parsley, for garnish, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking oil.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Place in large bowl that has a lid.
In a small bowl, combine nutritional yeast, garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Drizzle oil over cut florets. Stir until evenly coated.
Add half of the mixture of dry ingredients. Cover and shake well. Repeat with remaining half of dry ingredients.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until browned. Serve and top with a handful of chopped parsley (if using).
