Ingredients
2 cups of corn (about 1 lb.)
1.5 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon flour
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1.5 cups cottage cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef in large skillet.
While beef is browning:
Spread corn in an ungreased casserole dish
Mix together eggs and cottage cheese.
When beef is browned, drain fat.
Stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
Spread the beef mixture on top of the corn in the casserole dish.
Spread the egg/cheese mixture on top of the beef.
Top with mozzarella and then parmesan cheeses.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
