Glazed Carrots

- 1.5 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2" slices
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugary
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Put carrots in a large saucepan and add 1.5 cups water. Bring to simmer
- Cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Add butter, brown sugar, and salt to pan. Melt, and stir to combine.
- Add carrots. Cook 4 - 5 minutes, stirring to coat.
