Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Sweet and savory pork tenderloin, sous vide!

Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dijon mustard
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloved minced garlic
leaves from 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 tsp dried thmye
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary, and thyme
Place pork in a sous vide bag, with half the marinade. Rub the marinade through the bag to make sure it's well distributed. Seal the bag.
Refrigerate the pork, for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
cover remaining marinade, refrigerate
About 90 minutes before dinner time, set sous vide to 140 degrees
when sous vide is ready, cook pork for 1 - 4 hours.
if desired, sear the pork with oil over high heat for 1 - 2 minutes per side
slice thinly, and serve with remaining marinade.
