Ingredients
Brown Sugar Glaze:
110 g ketchup (~1/3 c)
30 g brown sugar (~3 tbsp)
1.5 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
Meatloaf Mixin's:
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp Milwaukee Iron
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp prepared mustard
3 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup bread crumbs
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
Directions
Combine the brown sugar glaze ingredients in a small bowl, mix well.
Heat oven to 350.
Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
Put onions and peppers in a covered dish, and microwave for 2 minutes.
Put all meatloaf mixin's into mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly.
Sitr in the peppers and onions.
Add the ground beef and pork. Mix thoroughly, until uniform and well combined.
Press meatloaf mixture into prepared loaf pan.
Brush meatloaf with half of the glaze.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Remove pan and carefully drain the fat. Brush on remainder of glaze.
Return to oven for 20 more minutes.
Remove from oven.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
