Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 russet potatoes, rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Cut potatoes into wedges, by cutting in half lengthwise, then slicing each half into 3-4 slices.
Place potatoes in a bowl of water with about 2 cups of ice cubes. Let them stand for 30 min.
Heat oven to 450°F.
While potatoes are soaking mix together salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. Set aside.
After 30 min, drain potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
Toss potatoes with spice mixture until potatoes are coated.
Line baking sheet with foil.
Place potatoes on the lined sheet and bake for 30-35 min.
While potatoes are baking, chop the parsley and grate the parmesan cheese. Place both into a large mixing bowl.
When potatoes are baked, toss them in the mixing bowl with the parsley and cheese.
Serve with ketchup, ranch, or fry sauce.
