In a small bowl, stir together 200 grams lukewarm water, the yeast, and olive oil.
Pour water mixture into the flour. Knead until well combined, about 3 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Knead dough for 3 more minutes. Form into a ball, and put in a floured bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 3-4 hours at room temp, or overnight in the fridge.
If you refrigerated the dough, remove from fridge 45 minutes before forming the pizza.
Heat oven to 500
Lightly oil a large baking pan. Put the dough in the middle of the pan, and stretch to fill the pan as much as possible. This will take several minutes.
Cook the dough for about 8 minutes. This is to pre-cook the dough so the middle won't be raw.
Cover with your favorite sauce and toppings. Cook for another ~10 minutes until toppings are cooked, cheese is melted, and bottom is dry.
