Rosemary Chicken
Chickeny cheesy rosemary goodness
Ingredients
1 package crescent rolls (8 ct)
2-3 chicken breasts
brie cheese
rosemary
Directions
Cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes. Sautee with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the rind from the brie, and cut slightly smaller than the chicken.
Open the crescent rolls. They come in "triangles". Press two of the diagonal edges together to form a solid rectangle.
Add 1/4 of the chicken and 1/4 of the cheese to each of the 4 sets of dough.
Sprinkle each with rosemary.
Fold the dough over the chicken / cheese mixture to create a pocket. Press the seams together to seal.
Bake according to crescent roll directions.
