Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 15.5 oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-low heat. Add garlic, paprika, and cumin. Stir often until fragrant, about 1 minute
add beans, water and salt. Cook until warmed and slightly creamy, at least 5 minutes
remove from heat and cover. Just before serving add lime juice and cilantro
